How do I reserve?
You can reserve online utilizing our real-time reservation calendar on our Facebook page and/or this website under rentals. If an item is unavailable for your selected dates, it will be indicated as such on the calendar. If you want to still want to make sure, please send us an email at elevaterentalcompany@gmail.com, or message us on Facebook.
How far in advance should I reserve?
For the best selection and to ensure we are able to accommodate you, we highly recommend that you make your reservation as soon as you know the date, time, and location of your event. All rentals are first come, first serve. No holds will be honored.
Is a deposit required?
We ask that full payment be made when rental is secured.
How far do you travel?
We travel within 20 miles of Cleveland, Georgia (30528). Please use Google Maps to determine if we are within this distance range for your upcoming event. Additional travel expenses or fees may occur if the event takes place outside of the 20-mile range.
Do you offer wet inflatable rentals?
All bounce houses are dry rentals. If the rental becomes wet for any reason (other than weather related), you will be charged an additional $50 fee as stated in the rental agreement contract.
We offer two slide options as water rentals at this time.
How do I pay for my rental?
You can make full payment immediately when you secure your rental. Or you can contact us and you will receive a payment request from Square via the email and/or cell number that you provide. If it is sent via email, please check your spam folder.
Do I need to be present when the rental is dropped off?
Yes. Rentals will not be delivered nor set up if the person who is renting the item is not present.
